Something new is happening at Park View Haven Nursing Home.  Different menus have been started.  The residents are enjoying the different varieties of food being served along with the employees and families of the residents.   If you would like to find out for yourself, come join us during the meals.  However, just a reminder to please call for reservations first. 

Park View Haven and The Embers celebrate the 4th of July with a Fireworks Display.  The fun event will take place on July 2nd beginning at 7:30 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. with hotdogs/beans/chips being served.  Then at dusk fireworks start shooting off.  It is enjoyed by many.  

The Embers had a small afternoon party in which 2009 Valentine's Day King Carleton Nelson and Queen Dora Hansen were honored.    The residents of The Embers participated in the voting for the King and Queen.Park View Haven had an evening candlelight supper in which Ray Puntney and Johanna Steffen were crowned the King and Queen for 2009.  It was a special night for everyone present.   

Park View Haven Staff and Residents will be voting all week on who they would like for the 2009 Valentine King and Queen.  February 15th will be the Candlelight Supper being served in the dining room for the residents and their love ones.    The Valentine King and Queen for 2009 will be crowned that evening.  It is a fun time for all. 

The Residents of Park View Haven will be having their Annual Christmas Party on Sunday, December 14th.   There is also a special visitor that comes and visits with all the residents, children and everyone else.  That special visitor is SANTA!!!  There is good food, music, singing, gifts and a fun time for all that attend.   Merry Christmas Everyone....
